Dharma Yoga Classes
Dharma Yoga classes integrate Buddhist principles into a grounding yoga class. This class begins with a sitting meditation, intention setting and a reading from sacred text along with the class theme which is rooted in Buddhism. You can expect to learn how to become more mindful, appreciate your breath, create body awareness and learn more about how to apply Buddhist principles into your life and practice.
